Basically i have a problem with my vWii where if any channel was patched to use Wiimmfi or other revival services, i literally can't copy it from my SD card back to my system memory, making it impossible to use them with the SD card menu. My storage is really low (Only 280 blocks left so i can't even play a wiiware game i have on the SD card that can actually copy back to my system memory) and I need to make more room there so i can actually play more wiiware games and also have room for more physical game saves (Although most of them are really small anyways) but i can't all because of this really annoying mess

The Wii doesn't check the signature of titles already installed to the nand. But it does when copying something from SD. If you patch it you break the signature. That's the explanation. But I am not sure if there is a patch to disable this check. Maybe priiloader has something but not sure

I don't think priiloader has it
I really hope someone makes a patch so i can actually use the stuff i have to move to my SD card

There are patches for ios80. Look for patched ios80 installer

OK so that's good but why is it orange? I don't want to risk bricking my vWii because it has a lot of important data and game saves on it

Wait a sec i'm getting confused don't I already have a homebrew app for installing IOS80?

I just realised i do, it's because the vWii hacks guide told me to get it, I just never bothered to run it (Probably because I didn't think i would end up needing it since I don't remember being interested in this type of stuff yet), but I modded my vWii in May 2025 and it's now October 2025, now I bought more Wii games and i have more game saves, is it safe to install IOS80 now or is it gonna damage my console? I also have priiloader installed which i heard that on the original wii it can mess things up with IOS80 installation, but I'm on vWii so hopefully that changes things?
