Hardware vWii screen off center

I'm using an LED hdtv and when im in wii u mode the screen is perfect. How ever when I'm in wii mode the screen is shrunk a little bit and off center. the screen is not in the middle. its slightly higher. is there anyway to fix this.

You can't fix the centering on most TVs. however, you could set it to Full rather than Dot-by-Dot. This will apply overscan (most TVs are between 5 and 10%) which will have the same effect as zooming on to make the image larger to fill more of the screen.

I have a vizio and it allows you to change the size of the screen your self. either making it wider or thinner vertically. it also lets you change the position of the screen. the issue is if i do that in vwii mode it screws up everything else on the wii u side. i just wish there was a way to fix it from within the console. oh well thank you for your input anyway.
