Yes you can put them together(it depends on). But I think it's better if you can choose it separately. if one code was causing problems then you'd have to disable all of them and that's not a good strategy.

About dumps:
Do not delete all dumps because it could help you in the future and you will save a lot of time with it, and you can save the dumps with ZIP or Winrar storage.
I've had the experience if the address is between 81-83 then I create dumps from 81-8A, I know it's too much but safer, and if nothing helps, then dump 81-8F.
It is important to know that the dumps are not the cause of bad results in order to research further.
Pointer search is a very patient and hard job. You don't always have fun with it because some results work and later suddenly they don't and then the whole thing starts all over again

Well yes since the codes are for the EU version of the game they will never work on the US version of the game.
