Straight to the point, are there a plug-in to adjust audio delay, or is it possible to make one?

I guess it's a known issue for Vita to have a noticable audio delay when using a Bluetooth headphones no matter how good it is, so I'm using one, and yes it's very noticable even in the menu/home screen, no my Bluetooth headphone is not a really high end one but it works fine with my PC and phone sure maybe there is a delay but it's not noticable at least for me.

So is it possible to create plug-in like this? Something like in PC video player you can adjust the timing for the audio to be played either faster or slower, in this case at least it should be able to make the timing faster so it can catch up to the games.

EDIT: maybe a plugin like oclockvita is better so you can adjust it for individual games rather than change the whole system(I don't really know but maybe this kind is more viable or easier)

This is literally impossible. Either the vita would have to predict the future & what inputs you'll press or you'll have to delay the video (which 1) probably isn't possible and 2) would make any game unplayable.)

No it's not like that, do you know MPC-HC for PC? It have a feature to quicken or delay the timing of the audio. So in theory it's not delay the video but quicken the audio timing to match the video, something like you have the option to adjust how fast or slow the timing the audio played.
I.e. the default value is 0 the audio will be played like it supposed to be, then if you change the value to +50 the audio will be played 50ms faster than normal, vice versa if you adjust the value to -50 the audio will be played 50ms slower.
That said I don't know if it's possible to change the timing for in game audio.

Ah, I understand what you mean by predicting the future. Silly me comparing a game which have user interaction with video which only have predetermined variable.
Yeah I guess this one is impossible
