Hardware Vita keeps disconnecting until reboot

I use my Vita to watch YouTube through the browser. However, it stops after a bit of video and I have to reboot to get it to connect again. It's now stopping after a few seconds to a minute. Whenever it disconnects the screen goes black and after double tapping power i get a NW-5603-4 every time. I'm on a black WiFi Vita 1003 running 3.70 with a 4GB memory card. Also, is there any way to get shortcuts to websites on the homescreen?

You can try deleting the wifi connection off your Vita, reboot, and adding it back.

Maybe a plugin is causing it, try disabling some plugins by adding a # then space in front of plugin line in config.txt.

Hmmm idk then has it ever been hacked in the past? If it has did you uninstall everything before returning to vanilla?

I bought it from CeX with no memcard included, dummy. I'll mod it later today when my charger comes.
