I really like them.
I'd like to see some for Supe rMario 64 DS, Metroid Prime Hunters, Resident Evil 2 (N64) and perhaps both Zelda titles for the Ds.

Edit: But a small question: Your icons are all 256x256 while the original Nintendo ones are 128x128 ...
Do 256 icons work as well for Loadiine?

I know his icons are great but as I said a bit earlier in this thread: Before you end up having no icon at all for a game you can always google a picture like a title screen of your game, open it with GIMP, Photoshop or Paint.net, resize it to 128x128 and save it as iconTex.tga.
That's all and pretty easy. Not always beautiful but better than having this "no icon" shit in Loadiine.

I've had this hack for less than 24 hours and have 2 kids. It wasn't that big of a deal, but I'll take that into consideration next time.

Maybe you should add a "notes" form to your Google Docs request link.
One could put in the system there or country specific notes.

Isn't there a better way to do this?

For the Wii, there's a tool called VC Save Icon Generator that made an icon from a screenshot.

This is what should happen with the Wii U Virtual Console Icons, as it saves time.

I will make a script right now with ImageMagick so you can take a title screen and it adds the Virtual Console thing.
