ROM Hack VGMtrans

So I wanted to put this here, but everyone's favorite music hacking tool, VGMtrans, is on GitHub!

I've been working over the past few days to create a working build of it in VS 2010 to no avail, however, I'm wondering if anyone here has managed to build their nightly builds to any degree of success. I'm contemplating downloading VS 2012 Professional (Yay dreamspark!) for the sole reason of building the application, but I want to see if anyone here has it working already.

Plus I wanted to bring attention to it because it may still be buggy, but it's a great piece of software.

Well I was able to build it in VS2013 just fine. Had to download and re-build TinyXML, Zlib, and also rename its custom round function.

Yeah. I played with it in VS2012 and it failed to build still, so I uninstalled it, and installed VS2010 Professional. It's finally building, which is nice.
