Hacking Very weird Glitch

I was fixing up my friend's r4 ds and he told me that something happened to his theme folder.

Inside was...

the theme folders were renamed into weird characters and the amount i took up.......

95.5 FREAKING GIGABYTES!!! sorry about to no pics.....

That's called "corruption".
You should really recover whatever data you can from that card, and format it.
