I don't know if I dreamed up this up or not.
There was a video on Youtube that documented an indie dev trying to make a DS(i?) game that was an RPG. I remember it being called carl's game. It had <someone>'s game as the title. (Cody's game?)
I recall the dev sitting in his room with a LCD sign that said "REGGIE!" on it. He took pictures of it and took pictures of a trashed version of that room.
He went to Nintendo NY and put copies of the game on the store. Last thing I can remember is that some R4 company offered to put the game on the R4 as a pack in, but he declined.
The last thing the video mentioned is that another game with the same name was available on steam as a fun puzzle game. It was mostly black with simple pixel-like elements on the screen that were rainbow.
