OK so i have a folder with a buttload of vc games as .wads.... Can i copy this folder to an hdd that i am using to my wii u in vwii mode and execute the .wads as is w/o installing them?

Don't think so. I think the closest you can get to "not installing" but using them is emunand. Still requires them being installed on emunand though, so I'm guessing it's not what you're looking for.

emunand on vwii isnt possible i think there was a beta or something but dont quote me on it, but yeah you can install them atleast.

Emunand works fine on vwii, with vSneek
And to answer OP, no, you cannot simply launch .wads. If you could do that, then no one would install them.
You must install them
