    Description

Vanguard Princess is a new 2D fighting game developed by Suge9, rumored to be a former Capcom employee. There are ten playable characters to choose from, an assortment of special moves distinct to each combatant, excellent sprite work, creative costume designs, and even a multiplayer mode that is unfortunately limited to just two people playing on the same computer with no online capabilities.

    Info

The game will only work on Windows operating systems which can read names of files and folders in Japanese, or those that already have the Japanese language pack already installed (XP instructions, or use AppLocale). You can switch between full screen and windowed mode by using the left Alt and Enter key, while the button configuration option is accessible via the menu bar.

Game's pretty old, been out for a while. Making it work without AppLocale is so easy it's not funny, remove Japanese letters from the path and it'll work.

With that said, it's not a rumor, he was indeed a former Capcom employee.
The game also has partially made Netplay thanks to people over at /v/.
