Homebrew Using homebrew SD with Switch

Alright, so I only have 1 SD card, which is my homebrew SD, and I just wanted to know if there would be any problems if I were to use the SD card for both my modded Wii U and my Switch. Would this screw with homebrew at all?
(btw it's a micro SD with an SD adapter)

It should be fine as long as both consoles don't expect the same file names at the same places.

Should never use a non-sd on a sd device as that has always caused problems we suspect it to be a latency sync time at R/W times have seen it way to many times over the years
