Guys, I don't have a wii classic controller but I have some N64 vWii games. I was wondering if there is some working solution to use the GamePad to emulate Wii Classic Controller. If not, I thought of making some cellphone app to receive GamePad wireless signals and transforming it to bluetooth signals using a cellphone as a intermediary. I have some experience writing drivers but I don't know how hacked wii u gamepad is right now. If someone with more experience in the matter could give me a feedback I would appreciate.

No. Wii U hardware is generally inaccessible in vWii. The sound and video is streamed to the gamepad, but other than that, you cannot use the gamepad for anything in vWii and it will be a long time before you will be able to unless Nintendo plans to change that. (Not likely)

However, if you're willing to hack your console (assuming you are considering you posted in this section), you could use an N64 emulator in vWii mode if you have a USB controller. Look around the forums. This is a very common question and you'll find a lot of answers if you just browse around for a bit.

  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@K3Nv3, not bad at all, just make sure it comes with new batteries or else you'll have to put new ones in it yourself (not hard)

Waiting for the NUC 14 essential to become available here 🤔
  • Issac @ Issac:
What's the best NUC to get as a first NUC, as a NUC noob. I want one that I can have always on - run a monitoring server and some home automation stuff - as well as possibly doing some devving by connecting to it through SSH
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
You honestly don't really need anything that powerful for that imo an old 2010 laptop could do it
  • Minox @ Minox:
@Issac I'd argue the NUC 14 essential is a good compromise for speed, price and low power usage
  • Issac @ Issac:
mhmm, mhmm... Most important for me, in that case, would be silent, power efficient, and form factor.
  • Minox @ Minox:
That's at least why I want to get it

    Oh nice @Minox
