Hacking Using CycloDS as a Passcard

Can I use my new CycloDS as a Passcard for my M3 Perfect?

Settings > Boot Slot 2 > Mode: NDS

Thanks, found this out on my own (maybe I should've tried the card first before I asked, but *shrug*). Hope this helps someone else.

While the CycloDS is booting, you can also hold the UP button. At some point, it finishes loading and you don't see anything new... press A and it'll fire up your slot 2 device. The directions say something like "hold UP" but you have to follow that up by pressing A, at least that is what I've found to be true.
