From what i've heard by idling in some Discord channel: In Splatoon, it's quite easy since there's just a flag that says whatever amiibo is in the plaza, so we can just poke that value and the amiibo shows up. This may be incorrect.

go to splatoon modding hub thread and find "amiibohax"

Bullywiiplaza has made mk8 trainer, a program that unlocks stuff on mk8, it also unlocks amiibo but it has to be blank I mean u shouldnt have any amiibo or it won't work. If you play a few online races with a couple of amiibos u will also save them to ur save file too so you won't need to run this program again.

    I think the best way to make it work is to construct my terrain out of triangles and then delete those tris in my "deletion area"

    From there I could just connect the tris surrounding the deletion area to the area
