Gaming User accounts and log in

Hey, I have a question regarding user accounts and the way they log in. I'm new to Vista, so I don't know how this works. As I have several accounts in my laptop, I want to force Vista to prompt which account will be used when I turn it on. Right now, Vista automatically enters the administrator's account, skipping the log in screen, thus I have to log off if I want to use another account.
In XP, this can be changed if you go to the Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log in, IIRC, but I don't find this option in Vista. Could somebody give me a hand with this?
