Hacking UsendMii won't work

So today i wanted to try out Usendmii. I click start on the program, enter the IP on my gamepad and press A, but it doesn't work! i tried adding the program in firewall settings but it still doesn't work.
I really need help for this, since i don't like playing with a keyboard and i don't have the money to buy a PC controller.

Try to change the port to another number than 80. If you use the Wii U browser, type the address: http://X.X.X.X:[port number] in the URL bar, at the top of the GamePad screen.

Did you try to use the homebrew version? It's better if you use UsendMii to control your PC. If this version doesn't work, try to change the port number too. If you want a PC controller, and if you have a Wiimote, you could use your Wiimote for your PC, with Bluetooth.

Hello @ChrisYT, here is a copy/paste from an answer I gave, I hope it helps:

Il faut s’assurer que la Wii U et le PC sont sur le même réseau et qu’aucun firewall ne bloque la communication. Il arrive aussi dès fois que l’adresse IP donnée par UsendMii ne soit pas la bonne, alors je te conseil de faire un ipconfig sur ton PC pour connaitre la bonne adresse à entrer dans le navigateur web de la Wii.
