Hacking USB stops

Hi I have this site usb drive and when i load games from it sometimes it stops loading and the game like freezes, the wii controller still works but the game like stops loading. I was hoping for a workaround or some help. I cant get another flash drive bc my dad wont get one for me and i dont have a job. and if someone could tell wainkiko about this problem it would be highly appreciated.

I have had the same problem a few times... I looked at the tutorial but i have hitachi drive in an enclosure
what "manager" do i need to change the power managment setting?

This is a flash drive. I don't think that the sleep time is a factor. I think there's another type of problem. On a magnetic drive, the motor has to spin down to save current and the life of the motor, but a flash device has no mechanical component.
