Hacking usb loaders not working after installing Cios X rev 19

The topic title says it all. I am on 4.2 (used Waninkoko's updater), I had cios 249 rev 14 installed previously, tonight I installed Cios 249 with a base ios of IOS57 v5661, and all of a sudden my Coverfloader and USB Loader GX Channels do not recognize my USB hard drive anymore. Cfg loader still boots from the homebrew channel. What did I do wrong and how can I fix this?

Do you also have Hermes 222/223 installed (v4 or 5)?

I would advice to install hermes v5 aswel and use CFG usb loader.
ciosx rev19 and hermes v5 works flawelessly with cfg.

Another option would be to use the older hermes v4 and the v17 249 for other loaders to work aswell.

However support for the latest cios`s is underway from what i understand

depending on what revision those channels are they might not have support for 249rev18+

CoverFloader, GX, CFG, Wiiflow all now support newer cIOS but depending on merge setting
