Hacking Usb loader without disc drive

Hi, i need a hand, yesterday i tried after years my modchip/softmod 2007 wii, i tried the usb loader and it worked fine, but i decided to try my old original copy of pokemon colosseum because i don't have a gamecube, the wii started to panic after i entered the disc but it didn't read it, disc drive was really loud, when i pressed eject it didn't eject, suddenly usb loader didn't work anymore and i opened the console, after i manually ejected the cd, the issue is still the same. So what i can do? i even tried to let just the drive board attached without the mechanic part and still no lucky, i have to buy a new disc drive with a new logic board? thanks in advice
