Usb loader vwii best picture settings

Hi
I've got a new 65" Samsung tv with gamemode..I have usb loader settings to 16.9 ratio buy some games have a black border around and won't display full widescreen..I have version 3.0 1272...tried various settings(including setting wiiu to 480p)but still not quite right...any help appreciated?
