Hacking USB Loader GX

I have a problem with downloading images.
The images for the covers always work, no problems.
The images for the spinning dvd are never found anymore.

Do other persons have this problem?

Yup I have a similar problem - currently on ver 620 so not sure if that is an issue.
Yesterday I had 8 missing disc images (all the 3d covers were available and downloaded). When I went to wiitdb to check and manually download onto my sd card, 6 of the 8 disc images were available - not certain why they were not downloaded but some of them had more than one disc image to choose from and I suspect that is where the problem lies.

the problem lies in that you are using an old revision. try updating to r778 and you shouldn't have that issue. just set your cover download to ORIGINAL/CUSTOM.

note: since you'd be updating over 150 revisions, you'd most likely have to delete your config files.

Could it be that the latest rev 778 wont start up with the official forwarder?

I updated via USB Loader GX internal update function and everytime I try to start it from Homescreen it will hang. It loads fine through HBC BTW, never had this problems with earlier revs.

Wii 4.1E, latest HBC, cIOSCORP

Edit: Uninstalled the forwarder, I am using WiiFlow and CFG USB Loader more than GX.

Yeah, thats pretty odd... thought I´d mess up my Wii in some way, Nand restore, updated again... same error... well it might be a error in the release.

I don't have this issue...otherwise I wouldn't have put it on the server.
Have you tried deleting your config files?

All the forwarder does is to load the DOL

So unless the dol is corrupt, the forwarder should work

have you updated from a previously working rev or is this your first go at usb loader gx?
if it was working before chose cios249 or update cios222 to rev4
if this is your first go maybe your drive isn't supported

I just wanted to let everyone know about a new theme I just made with changes to make the grid mod bigger and skips the homebrew browser and gos strait to the title menu. If your forwarder isnt working and you just get a black screen then use DOP-IOS and Truncha Bug ios 35this should get your channel working.
As for drives that dont show even after you have used the windows WBFS 3.01 to format and place your images on make shore you use FAT32 for the format before you set the WBFS or it just wont work on proply all loaders Use something like SWISNIFE to format your larger hard drives as windows will allways choose NTFS and its a lot easier than navagating around windows. If your drive doesnt sync in and the waiting for your slow hdd comes up try switching the drive power off and on this will sometimes allow the drive to be recognised by UsbloaderGX I hope this helps a few people

I've downloaded the lastest and official version of USB Loader GX, and also updated cIOS249 and cIOS222. Now it works fine

Anybody know what settings I need to use to play Scrabble Interactive PAL Edition on my US Wii with USB Loader GX? I can't find the combination that does not give me a black or green screen when playing the game.

Some games just don't have the necessary information in them to display in different regions. If you have a decent TV you should be able to set it to DISC DEFAULT and it should display fine. If you have an old TV, then you're probably SOL. You could always look around for an in-region version of the game.

This did not work. Deleting the config file did work; channel forwarder functioning again.

I am running 4.2e right now and all my homebrew still works!

EDIT : Does anyone have The Sims 2 Castaway running thru GX? i have tried all the settings with no luck at all.
