if you don't have set working wifi settings it crashes. It is a known problem that can't be fixed at the moment. If it crashed right after initializing the network, without any ip to appear, then that is your problem.

is there a way to manually install them without the network?

Download Here. For normal covers, they have to be 160x224, for 3d covers, just use the site default size. Create a folder, saving it in SD card. Open GXGlobal.cfg in SD:/config and modify cover_path = and disc_path = to the route of your covers and disks images' folder.

For example. I have my 3d covrs in "SD:/imagesGX/", so I put cover_path = SD:/imagesGX/ in GXGlobal.cfg.

just curious, how do I have set working wifi settings?

Wiishliist

i am using crazyintrovideo

in the xml you can assign buttons that will boot the wii straight in to an app AWESOME
booting the wii straight in to the loader that would be the killer!!!!

only trouble i had so far is that it asks you for a title id...
is there one for the loader, or can you maybe make one???

pretty pls

you probably forgot to update libogc

compiling r363 fails. libogc updated to 5.x as advised.

Code:
c:/devkitpro/devkitppc/bin/../lib/gcc/powerpc-gekko/4.2.4/../../../../powerpc-gekko/bin/ld.exe: final link failed: Nonrepresentable section on output
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [/c/usbloadergx_r363/boot.elf] Error 1
"make": *** [build] Error 2

EDIT:i am an idiot. got it working.

Hello coderz,

before upgrading to devkitpro 1.5.0 backup your work
lecture.gif

I was developing my apps in that folder : C:\devkitPro\examples\wii\myApplication and after this f*****g 1.5.0 upgrade, the folder C:\devkitPro\examples\wii\ has been recreated from scratch so, I've lost my apps

Now, I've got a lot to do

Does this loader work with House of the Dead 2/3?

I remember earlier on Loaders having problems with it, not sure if they have been fixed yet.

I believe it works with 3 but not 2.
(And just to clarify, yes I know that they are one game. Just don't go to 2 from the menu.)
