if you give me the 2 dols labed "KIDS.dol" and "MINE.dol"...then find the pics you want size wont matter or format just need the following:

for kids.dol version need 1 Banner pic, 1 logo pic, 1 icon pic...

For "mine.dol" version need 1 Banner pic, 1 logo pic, 1 icon pic...

so get those 8 files to me and i will make you 2 custom channels with the versions you want

Yes it took HOURS and i renamed them all one at a time took alot of the day actually

but it beats the monotony of coding

and i know it helps

while dimok, cyrex and everyone else (grante and wii shizza, wiipower waninkoko) are all hard at work improving the codes! we can do our little parts to make a big difference for the team!

Hmm, I tried installing a game using the new revision (the one that doesn't have source (which is a GPL violation BTW)) and installing doesn't seem to work (even after entering the whole AB121B thing and clicking the i am god button, which i thought was relatively stupid, especially because A does something on that screen). 1 Suggestion, it would be nice if (unlike the stupid real menu) you didn't need the pointer for anything, that is everything should be possible with soly the wiimote buttons.

Oh no, your perfectly fine hosting a precompiled binary, just not one for which the source is not available (like the r88 one). There have been quite a few GPL violations in the wii scene lately (*cough* GeckoOS 1.8 *cough*), so I thought I would point it out. It sort of bothers me when people release modified binaries of GPL code without releasing the source, not necessarily because I will do anything with it, but because it hurts the open source community in general.

It sort of bothers me when people release modified binaries of GPL code without releasing the source, not necessarily because I will do anything with it, but because it hurts the open source community in general.

gecko os 1.8 is in no way a violation of the gpl. it's based upon gecko 2.0 sources by [nuke] which have never been released and have completely been rewritten by him. ergo no source was released under gpl and no gpl code was used -> no need to release source of gecko os 1.8

you can try proving brkirch is using gpled code. just give your ida a go.

I doubt all the code in 1.8 is entirely rewritten from 1.7 (for example, I'm guessing they didn't completely rewrite kenobwii.s, which would be fairly easy to dump and I may check for it sometime or just decompile both and look for large chunks of common code), but if they did, then I apologize for the accusations. . Where can I find some Covers and Disc-Labels, for PAL Games, the most of my Games are PAL, and I cant find any Covers in 160x224, I have some PAL Covers, but all in 160x225 :/. And I cant find any PAL Disc-Laber Pack.

if you already have all your covers in 160x225 you can use batchresizing tools like xnview to resize them to 160x224 easily. dvd/disccovers are pretty rare yet... but we will gather much of them soon

isn't kenobiwii part of the devkitpro project and haven't been released under gpl? else the hbc would have to be os as well.
