Hacking usb loader gx problems

Hello

i have a softmodded wii and system menu 3.2(yes i know it is outdated)
i always used neogamma to play backups but some weeks ago a friend
came who has usb loader gx. He installed it but i had to use cios36rev10
because with cios38rev17 the usb loader doesnt recognise my hdd.
The problem is that new games doesnt work so i followed the instructions
everything worked great except dopIosmod and now i have hermes rev4
and the latest usb loader but the screen stays on black

my wii has now
cios38rev14
usbloader gx latest revision
hermes rev4

Reinstall cIOS rev17. I think the reason why your hard drive didn't work was because it was plugged into the wring USB port
