USB Loader GX not working anymore

Hi all,

The USB Loader GX is not running properly on my Wii anymore.
Running v4.0 1282 Test version
When I open it up on my Wii, it says "Please install the stable version" and then it goes back to Wii Home Menu.

I haven't played it in a while and have read online that it's because of an update or something.

I read a few threads about running the file update and the syschecker but still don't understand how to fix it. I've followed instructions to post a SysCheck. Please see below. What would be my next step?

EDIT:
Nevermind. I figured it out. Just copy and paste the contents of the latest release from this github page into your SD Card (basically replace apps/usbloader_gx). Hope this helps anyone who had the same problem.

FYI your cios is also slightly outdated, iirc the main difference between v11 beta2 and beta3 is just impacted 248 base 38 when it comes to emunand game loading iirc. So if u run into issues again, the first thing u should do is update your cios. If u need help, just drag and drop your syscheck.csv onto modmii.exe and it will tell you what to do
