Recently I've been wanting to rip MKWII onto a usb so I can start doing custom tracks and texture hacks. However, USB Loader GX requires a cIOS to work. Coming from the WiiBrew Forums, my mindset is cIOS = bad. I don't really want to install this if I don't know what it does. If someone could tell me what the cIOS does, it would be greatly appreciated.
