Long story short, my 1tb HDD is 2 partitions.
Part1 is about 500GB NTFS for media like videos and music
Part 2 is FAT32 and stores my Wii and GC backups

I have the newest official version of USB Loader GX.
I have the newest version of Nintendont.

Wii games play fine in USB Loader GX.
GC games play fine in Nintendont.

Here's my issue:
USB Loader GX:
Sees both partitions and loads Wii games fine from part2.
Displays the GC games in the game master list.
But it cannot play the GC games. Says the partition isn't the primary FAT32 partition. That's stupid because it's the ONLY FAT32 partition.
The settings look for Nintendont on the SD to load GC and games file path as USB2/games/

Is it only going to work if I reformat and rearrange the partitions on my HDD? Because that's the only viable option I see to get the FAT 32 partition set as USB1. Or could I simply move the games folder to the NTFS partition?

Hi. ¿is you´re primary partition the NTFS one, or the FAT 32 one?, that will confirm the problem. So you said that GC games play fine in Nintendont, then the problem is only via USB Loader GX right? If so, i recommend you to keep playinh GC games via nintendont channel, and leaving you´re HDD like it is now.
The primary partition must be the FAT 32 one.
Something else. Personally, i don´t like to be rearrange partitions of an HDD. Also, moving the folder to NTFS partition will not solve the problem.
