PS1/2 Usb iso installer (usb extreme)

The usbextreme.exe (the iso installer) doesnt see my usb pen drive it see only harddrives what can i do about it,

(now before i start exe i stick a harddrive and after starting exe i replace with pen drive but that way i have to wait 20 hours for 4gig game)

just do it on the root of your hard drive (or create a partition just for that) and transfer the split archive and the index file on your stick.
also, be prepared to experience lag, slow down, choppy cut scene and long loading time.
