Homebrew Question USB-Botbase & SYS-Botbase

Hello, since USB-Botbase & SYS-Botbase uses the same folder under contents I was wondering if there is an easy way to change between the two using an HB. I mean, I am sure it's possible and was wondering if there's something that can help me accomplish that. SimpleModManager, for example, does this for game mods, any workaround maybe to accomplish what I want?

Eventually something like this ;
> Putting USB-Botbase & SYS-Botbase in "blabla" folder at root.
> Enabling USB-Botbase removes "430000000000000B" and puts the content of "USB-Botbase" from root folder inside of "contents".
> Enabling SYS-Botbase removes "430000000000000B" and puts the content of "SYS-Botbase" from root folder inside of "contents".

Any way to accomplish that maybe other than having a specific HB / doing it manually?
