ROM Hack Usagi 3ds theme editor bcwav song problem help plz

Hello I have a little problem, I put sfx (bcwav) I put : cursor, close, folder, openlid and launch

I install the theme on my new 3ds and just folder and close sfx don't work, it's just the normal of the default theme of the 3ds

Why ? help me
