Homebrew usa and eur

I didn't do my research here, so please forgive me if this has been posted a brazillion times. I had a few questions relating to the releases of DS games:

First of all, have there been any games that were only released in either EUR or USA, and if so, which ones?

Also, is there any difference between the two besides the option to choose your language in the EUR versions of games?
