Hopefully the Ultra wormhole boost your shiny chances.
Try using a rotom encounter as well.
I don't know if that will make a difference.

The ones I'm talking about aren't in Ultra Space. The chances of shiny are increased in Ultra Space (supposedly).

I didn't get that Rotom boost yet, but I don't know how those work; they seem to randomly show up. I have Friendship, Money, and some other ticket.

Shiny locks for a non-legend in Ultra Wormholes.

yuup. I freaked out yesterday when I killed a shiny audino. lucky for me it was still there after resetting.

Oh btw, If you go to the 3rd island and go to the poke center and heal your pokemons, then goto the coffee shop that is right next to the woman, it will trigger a cutscene.

It's pretty much a flash of white, a read of "A ___ presence can be felt.", and then you see their shadow in the background/above with a cry. The best part is the classic music from the gen they're featured in.

0% to 100% just means its determined when you enter the hole, not when you start the battle.

I was thinking of doing something like that for box legends, other legends, gift'mon, trades, and weird event things, like Asshat Pikawho. Still want to get more info for the wormhole before that.

I don't really understand how it works, so let's say I'm looking for Regice, since it's listed in yellow, I should keep entering yellow worm holes that have an outer rainbow, and there's a chance it's there? Because I just kept entering random rainbow ones and eventually ended up with Registeel, though can be un-efficient when looking for a specific Pokemon since I plan to catch all the Ultra Moon legends and two of every Ultra Beast (to trade for version exclusives).

Not just any rainbow, it needs to have a swirling "clover" for 100% chance. Otherwise, get ready for snowstorms and sand streams.

Waaaay too late now. I can try to get a shot of another something when it shows up, but it's not that spectacular. I'd probably be better off showing "clover" wormholes (100% legendary 'mon) vs ring/double-ring wormholes.
