Hacking Upside down screen in HBC

After installing the Trucha Bug from the page here http://www.completesoftmodguide.tk/hacking-guide/trucha and finishing the IOS15 restore step I noticed that my screen was upside down. I thought it was only temporary so I just exited the homebrew channel and shutdown the Wii. However, when I went ahead to install Waninkoko's cIOS I noticed that after going into the HBC, my screen was again upside down. Did I do something wrong? I followed every step in the Trucha Bug section so I don't know what happened. Also, I have system menu 3.4U.

Reinstall HBC or install a clean IOS61.

Once I reinstall the HBC, do I have to redo the Trucha Bug section as well or will it still be there from when I previously installed it?
