Sorry for the nub questions but...

How do I upgrade from the first Wiigator 1.3 to the new gamma 1.3 CIOS?

I looked but I can't find the answer and I'm worried I'll screw something up.

just install the new gamma loader, it brings a new cIOS that you have to install first in order for the loader to work. The gamma loader is in many places but the easiest and safest place to get it from is wiigators blog: http://gbatemp.net/?act=module&module=...member=WiiGator
the new cIOS should install over the old one you have installed for the .3 wiigator beta launcher

if all else fails just use noobwarrior7's guide, use the new version, version 2:

Well I have the first 1.3 installed (not the beta)...

I'm not sure but, don't i need to uninstall the first 1.3 then install the gamma 1.3?

p.s. Would I need to replace every single file on my SD card?!

EDIT: please make sure that before you do any of this you let me know one thing, you have Homebrew channel installed correct? because if not then you can't do any of this.

i dont think there is a 1.3, there is only v 0.1 waninkoko, v 0.1 wiigator, v 0.3 wiigator beta, and v .03 wiigator gamma
you do not need to uninstall anything from your SD card, although at this point i think it would be a good idea. delete everything on there.

you must have the homebrew channel and the application wadmanager 1.3 on your sd card. only the application is on your sd card not the channel. download that from here : http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=3587 and place the .dol file in a folder named "wadmanager"
then create a folder named "apps" and place that in the root of your SD card. next copy over the folder "wadmanager" over to your "apps" folder in your SD card.

then download this: http://forsaekn.safe-leek.com/backuplauncher_0.3gamma.zip

that is an autoboot channel based on wiigator's gamma backup launcher made by forsaken, i have tested this on my wii, and so have many others. once you unzip it, you will find a folder called "apps"
inside there are two folders, one named backup_launcher and the other named cIOS_installer_249
copy both of those folders over to your apps folder in your sd card
by now you should have 3 apps in your apps folder: wadmanager, backup_launcher, and cIOS_installer_249
now in the root of your sd card, create another folder named "wad", place BackupChannel_.3gamma.wad that was in the zip folder in your new "wad" folder on the root of your sd card.
so now on the root of your sd card you have two folders: wad and apps
in wad you have ONE file only:BackupChannel_.3gamma.wad
in apps you have 3 FOLDERS: wadmanager, backu_launcher, and cIOS_installer_249

now put the sd card in your wii, go to homebrew channel and you should only have 3 things in there, what i just mentioned, the first one you need to use is cIOS_installer_249. click on it and click load

**EDIT: i forgot to mention that you will need wifi during the install of the cIOS**
there it will ask you to press a to continue or b to cancel, press a and it will install, press home button to restart your wii
go back to homebrew channel and you can now use the backuplauncher, just click load on it.
OPTIONAL: if you want a backuplauncher CHANNEL, follow these instructions.
go to homebrew channel, and load wadmanager.
click a until you see the file BackupChannel_.3gamma.wad, press "+" to install it. then press home to restart and ta da you have an autoboot backup channel.

When I worked for Dell we had access to data about military contracts and addresses for high ranking people.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
In the end that call ended up costing Dell millions in lost contracts with Raytheon, and really the issue could have been solved for like 450 bucks lol

sometimes I wonder why anyone would ever buy mega man x legacy collection 2
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I always thought that capcom shuffled the games in these collection, but apparently they are all in chronological order, which makes legacy collection 2 worthless
