hi :P I'm new here, and tired, so I'm sorry if I've messed something up! I recently bought a copy of My Secret World for the DS from a second hand store. It's a diary game aimed at tween girls, I enjoyed the idea of using this random game as my actual journal so I bought it. When I opened it on my 3DS, there was an existing save file (last opened 26 December 2013), but I couldn't access it because I didn't know the 4 digit PIN or the security question. I tried a bunch of super common PINs (like 0000, 1234, 9876 etc) but no luck. I erased the file (my new diary is going strong, it's actually a fun little game), but before I did I saved a backup with Checkpoint of the original save. I'm curious if there's a way of getting around that lock, without just straight up brute forcing? Is there anything I could use to look into this more? Honestly I'm most interested in the process (if it can be done) than the actual diary.

Hello, I like handhelds and Pokemon so I am of course looking for a Nintendo console I can buy. Naturally I had gotten the latest console back in 2018 but my experience was less than stellar because of a plethora of reasons(stick drift, patched console, bad pokemon games!!). Lately though I've kind of fallen in love with the 3DS, It just looks so cool and innovative and had a great game library too not even mentioning the modding community. It being an extremely old console I'd expected for it to be cheap but Its like 300 bucks. I can kinda see why, its a great console and I guess something happened for it to be relevant again. But I want to get this console nevertheless so I wanted a bit of advice on what to do. Should I buy it now since the prices will continue to rise or is this just a trend and shoul I wait for the prices to lower again? Many thanks.

I have a 2DS running firmware 6.0.0-12 and would like to access the eshop and play newer games but am not sure how to go about it without losing homebrew capabilities. Currently running ninjhax, any suggestions on how to do this? Is there a way to upgrade to 9.X to continue using ninjhax? Is it worth it?

I suggest to just use rxTools, create an emuNand, update "EMUNAND" (Important to learn differences between sysNand and emuNand), and then go to eShop or just install some cia's

everything you want and need can be found here [Tutorial] Installing rxTools Custom Firmware - (3DS and 2DS) from cfw so you can update safely and use newer games/apps and eshop also menuhax and many other things to "pimp your ~~ride~~ system"
