Hacking Updating to new CFW

Running CFW 5.00 m33-6.

My question is, can I just upgrade from this to a newer CFW like 6.20 PRO B directly, or do I need to flash it with OFW then follow a tutorial?

Also, I've been seeing mentions of dual booting CFWs, I've been out of the loop for the past year on PSP stuff (Left mine at a friends and just got it back.)

If you're looking to use Pro b, then you have to flash to ofw than start pro b.

Than use the latest ISO Tool. It will patch your games.
