Hacking Updating to Latest

Heyyyyy guys!
I haven't been on the Wii for awhile now.
I'm on 3.2-U and I wanna update to the latest custom firmware ^.^
Can you guys help me out?
I wanna know the safest way to update.
& also the best Apps to use like SD loader and stuff. ^.^
I'm sorry for not using the search bar but I kinda don't have a lot of time at the moment, my apologies.

Edit : It's already 3.2U custom firmware, and already has HBC ^.^

It's not confusing at all. Just read and follow.. it won't hold your hand, but it'll get you through hacking your Wii if you do everything it says.
