Homebrew Updating HBL on N3DS

Anyway to update HomeBrew Loader on N3DS running Luma CFW on 11.2 from the system itself?? When holding X while loading HBL it says updated but still on version 1.1.0

and no i don't want to update to 11.3 just wanting to update HBL

Clarifying - As far as I'm aware, what the Homebrew Launcher Loader (the HBL CIA) updates is the *hax payload. Not the Homebrew Launcher (boot.3dsx).

My HBL says v1.1.1. I think you need to download the latest Homebrew starter.zip and grab the boot.3dsx from it.

Yeah mine's on 1.1.1 also, and I haven't done anything to make it say that. Installed using Plailect, last September. I'm still on 11.2.
