Updating CFW & OFW

I haven't booted up my switch in a minute, but I know I used TegraRCMSmash to enter RCM mode and had Hekate and daybreak.

What's a link to the most up to date guide on how to update both the OFW & CFW?

And what order to do in?

Always update CFW before OFW and make sure it is compatible with the OFW version

Also REMOVE your theme if you have one, you'll avoid a lot of headaches
