hi peeps, ive got a ps4 on 9.00. ,problem i have is i don't get the option of update by usb. any help please?

If you got it on 9.00 why do you want to update it?

i have the jailbreak update

You don't update from 9.00 to jailbreak, you use the web page to activate goldhen each time you turn on the console. The usb is part of the process however you don't install anything from it
