no I didn't. however I deleted some titles that didn't come from the system, and were unofficial apps. Such as dsi camera, dsi sound, flipsudious for dsi, dsi system settings (no it didn't work) dsi system launcher (homemenu of dsi, oboiusly didn't work) dsi webrowser and thats it. All of these were installed by me and didn't exist before hand. and since they don't exist with the 3ds or ever did. I see no reason as why it would want a update.
it also happens if you have FBI injected on H&S or if H&S is missing
nope I restored hs via cdn, getting proper revision and all. it was deleted, but momentarily before even bringing up the update, and I restored it before it asked me this. As in I used the sd version of fbi to delete it. then use the tickets to download it back for system menu. I was basicly restoring it. since I lost my original .app. But like I said, I restored it before the update prompt. I made a dump of the system. one before the update and one after. Maybe I can have some expert take a look and see the differences.
