Hacking Update to 3.2?

Yay or nay? I'm still at 3.1 ever since the Twilight hack came out. (Even though I only have the GC version).

So I'm thinking about renting a copy of TP and installing the homebrew channel... The question is, what features would I be missing if I didn't update to 3.2 (to stay away as far from IOS37 as possible).

What's the general recommendation?

Um...you cannot play WiiWare games (even these installed with WAD), your Shop Channel is different, you don't have IOS37, and...I think thats about it.

Ps. I'd update. IOS37 is now not-active. Anyway now or some time later you will must update your Wii.

Yeah its safe to upgrade, Nintendo hasnt blocked the Z:TP hack yet, IOS37 isnt active in the current updates...

I know these things. I'm just wondering what everyone else is doing just to make sure.

update as long as it's safe. When it's not safe anymore, your Wii will be outdated faster if you didn't update to the latest safe firmware. 3.2 is safe.

I just finished updating, and I'm now downloading the Nintendo Channel.

Now I just got to find a friend with a copy of TP lol!
