Why I ask is that most of the time I mod Wii's on a friend's company that doesn't have wifi. They do have wired internet but never bothered to install a wifi router.

Also, is it possible to mount a USB thumb drive to load the IOS's? See the pictures on the previous page so you can see that even using the thumb drive the programs wouldn't start/mount it correctly. Even though HBC finds it other programs can't.. Anyway, this is a special case wii with a broken SD slot AND a soft-brick (can't configure the internet on it) and most of the time the backups we have are scrubbed..

Never mind.. I've never thought that ModMii was NUS..

On your changelog, it says that ModMii requires HBC 1.0.7 or newer. I've a problem than. I'm using HBC 1.0.6.... And, like I've said, it's impossible to me to download a new one since the SD slot is broken and the wii is semi-bricked (no wii settings). Would be possible to install IOS236?

FYI, if u r using MMM to install wads from USB, u NEED to have a mmmconfig (which u can build using ModMii, or u can do so manually by reading MMM's read me) in order to select USB as the device to use (SD is the default selection)

Like I've said, USB loadind isn't working at ALL!

I'm not sure why. 249 is rev19.. Hermes is v4.. I've tried loading all of those IOS's..

I'll be damned but I think I'll send this Wii to the nearest wall or truck..

I've didn't see that you had hackmii installer. Managed to install HBC 1.0.8 (bootmii failed to install) and I tried to install 236, but.. again...

The weirdest thing is.. the programs DO LOAD. But when those programs start loading the IOS's needed to install it fails to do so.
