Game had a sign saying "We won't have any on launch day so PLEASE preorder now to avoid disappointment" but apparently HMV in camberley has loads left still for their midnight launch..although tbf we are still 1 month away from release..i'm driving to camberley at around 10:30 to be there for 11ish just to make sure i'm at the front and get my pick of the games, i'll make sure i have a couple of 360 games to trade in too!

Why would you pre-order them there if you can't get it on launch day?

Misunderstanding. He means all 3DS are going to be sold out due to pre-orders, so there wouldn't be any to sell on launch day.

Other words, beat the other people who will pre-orders before it to late.

In that case, GAME need to work on their grammar.

LOL its actually me that needs to work on my grammar, if i recall correctly the sign read "We won't have any spare for sale on launch day, so please pre order!"

The pricing variation on the two colours is all over the place. IWOOT had a £50 disparity the other day with the Blue the more expensive.

I was demoing the 3DS today at "GAME" and I must say the 3D isn't like what I thought it would be. I tried out Face Raiders which comes installed in the 3DS and I must say I could play it for hours lol.

If 3DS pre-order price is £200 then surely after launch it will stay the same or go down at least. Because my friends says they'll go up but per-order is like a premium, surely that can't mean you'll pay less to buy the console after it's already out

Tesco are now offering the 3DS for £179 plus a 3DS game for a tenner, and this deal is real( though not as good as the last one!)

http://www.tescoentertainment.com/store/br...OfferMarch2011/

Unfortunately it was a pricing error...BUT

It's still the best deal going right now:

3DS = £197
Any game = 10
Quidco cashback = £18
Clubcard points = 467

In the end, 3DS + game = £188

Morrisons are doing the 3DS at £187 from today. Not sure if it's one day only but £187 beats £197....

Damn £187 or £197 with only £10 game?!...i hope Amazon sees this and changes their deal

then i'll have a delivered console for bargain price!

To combat the price being sub £200 online, HMV on the highstreet are offering an extra £20 value on your old DS if you trade it in and EVERY 3DS preorder gets a £20 gift card with it!

Without getting sidetracked on this matter, is it possible to order from outside the UK? Amazon.fr has the 3DS at 219.99e (around 180£?) including shipping.

I would assume you could, as long as you make an account? I made an account on Amazon.co.jp and bought things from their site in the past despite being in the United States. Though the shipping cost was massive whoa.
