Homebrew update not seen by game?

hello, i'm trying to install a game update with goldleaf but after finishing the installation the game still tells me there's an update available even though it's the latest update that i installed. i had previously installed the game and update and deleted it for space and now i am trying to reinstall it using a different update file than before and it's not working, can anyone help me with this?

Use Tinfoil and see if it will work for this plus if you have the store installed if there is a newer update it will install it no problem.

Are you sure it's the latest update? Often the latest update isn't available as NSP.
