Sorry, Team Cyclo, you're late to the party, and the party has barely an hour left. Waste of time, and energy. Not to mention with the Supercard around, your (almost always) underwhelming and overpriced cards just won't make it. Late, late, late. Bad company choices, I'd say. Infrared. Only three games use it (HG/SS, and an athletic title with a pedometer), but it's something no other flash cart does. Also it'll let you use your DS to quickly change your TV off of the porn when people walk in!

Five games. HG/SS, B/W and that weird pedometer game.
It (very) probably wouldn't let you use it as a TV remote, since the TV probably won't be able to read the IR from the cart.
And the IR in DS carts is short range. About 10 cm maximum. Tell me how you would be able to quickly change the TV channel with that.

Maybe 200-500, but I don't know about 2000... Perhaps if you included Japanese and European releases.

My point is the DSi is going to around for a very long time. Remember how long the GBA was being sold after the DS came out. The micro came out a year after the release of the DS and the last GBA game came out in 2008 I think. New DSi cards are still coming out and selling like craze and I don't think that will change any time soon. I bet EZ Flash will have a new card based on the SCDS2 soon.
