Hacking Update factory channels via WAD installs

Hello,

Is there a guide or way to download the latest versions of the factory Wii channels, such as Shop, etc, so I can update those and leave all of my existing hacks in place? Maybe via a WAD install?

use NUS do download and pack them into wads and install via wadmanager
