Project Zero/Fatal Frame II: Deep Crimson Butterfly comes out on June 28 in Japan and in Europe on the 29th. It's a remake of Crimson Butterfly, the 2003 sequel to the 2001 original.

Xenoblade for sure (if you don't have it already), and Pandora's Tower if it gets translated.
