Hacking "Unsupported Launcher" (Need help!)

So I just updated to the new boot9strap version (1.2) and after following the instructions on 3ds.guide whenever i try to turn on my 3ds, even holding start or select, it just says unsuported launcher. What do I do?

Well, no I don't think so, but I cant even check that. I never went into the luma updater cia, so no I don't think so.

If you followed all of the instructions on 3ds.guide, then you should have installed Luma3DS 8.1. If you didn't follow all of the instructions, then you need to download Luma3DS 8.1 and copy boot.firm to the root of your SD card.

Download Luma3DS 8.1 on your computer and copy boot.firm to the root of the SD card.

Ok so yes I did put boot.firm on my sd card earlier, but I just looked and it wasnt there. Kinda seems like it deleted itself.
